This isn't my last word, but I created an introduction using an app for iPad I've used often to record sessions at TESOL conferences, where you want to move around from station to station and record whatever you can stick your tablet in front of. For some reason it didn't come out well in portrait view, I think maybe at conferences I was using landscape.
