May I give this a start with an introduction of myself in video format. If you want to try this too, please go to Zoom.us and create an account and host your first meeting and hit record. You will find the recording in a folder called 'Zoom' under 'My Documents' and you still need to double click it to convert. But it is not that difficult, give it a try.
If you want to write an introduction this is fine too.
